Are bears grumpy in the morning?  I can be...  especially on friday the 13th.
If I was supersticious I'd hideout at home, I'm not - I'm out for an adventure today... life's to short not to love black cats and everyday (even friday the 13th) A lucky day it will be!
I've been 'a bear' in the morning a few times, how about you?  

On cold Canadian mornings while it's still dark and the dogs need to go outside to relieve themselves but there's 4 feet of snow on the ground that was not there the night before - Brrrrr....  it can feel a bit grumpy until, I've had my coffee or tea.   Not this winter- everyday is an adventure & we are aflutter with what this winter will bring!  Painting snow  - is the way to go- weee!  I might be a grumpy  bear when I first wake for a few moments but I  prefer to be a content bear wandering the woods searching for blackberries, how about you?

I am forever grateful for Grumpy moments...
they remind us all to appreciate the joyful ones!

Does a bear sit in the woods?   Undoubtedly.
He sits, meditates & enjoys the sunshine.   Wise Bear.
Surrounded by woods - we've not seen any bears - not from lack of looking.  When when we hear a stick snap while out exploring we pick up our pace - in the opposite direction... bears we might never see.  Still I know... bears sit in the woods.  Wide bears.

I am forever grateful to search for bears.. even when I don't find them.
