I woke up today feeling grateful!  
The stars so bright, I found myself getting out of bed at 2 & 4, just so I could go and get a better look.  I gave in at 5a.m. got up and watched the sunrise.  
​How beautiful a day to be alive - focusing on LOVE.  
Creating this years Valentines day cards,  a somber mood towards getting close due to a deadly virus spreading across the globe - put me in a different Valentine mood.   A realistic one.   Wash your hands Valentine!

If you love me - you'll keep your cold to yourself.  
I know we don't 'make ourselves' or others intentionally ill but sometimes WE SLACK on simple ways to keep ourselves healthier.  Eat better.  
Rest more and do not spread your germs.

Surrounded by snow!  Have a peek out of my studio window...  I think as I paint,
dreams come true.

No wonder I'm painting snow people! Rain kissed by the cold.
Remember being a kid - afraid of ACID rain? Perhaps it was just me.. lol 
I painted this because it made me giggle.  That simple.  
The best part about being a card creator is all the fun I get to have tinkering & thinking  - Painting snowmen is just as fun as building them,
 without the -16 weather & cold toes!

 I had to go to the dentist... I am not fond of the dentist. 
I am not fond of 'going' to a dentist (ever) the actual person, I usually like. 
I have a new dentist & liked him immediately - I don't know about you but I must feel at peace with the person I trust to explore the 'caverns in my mouth'- lol - as my dentist put it.

I would never want to be a dentist.   Have you ever thanked your dentist?  Why not?
Yes, they get paid - but why not take a moment to thank someone for the JOB they do - lucky for us - they enjoy doing it.  Money or no money.  I painted this card BEFORE my appointment - because I was somewhat nervous - but then I thought, we'll maybe he won't "get the pun".  As soon as he walked in the office I blurted, "You know that movie.."  "You want the TRUTH!?... & before I could finish  the dentist  replied "You want the truth! You cant handle the truth!"  hahaha.. perfect. He knew & then I said "I made you a card."
Yes, I am very thankful for a good dentist.    Thank your dentist.

This hometown girl is elated the Toronto Raptors have won the NBA Championship 
in 2019!  Weee.. & I can only imagine they celebrated  (some if not all) by smoking some of the finest Cannabis Toronto Canada has to offer  & you can believe it's also champion quality buds! I know I smoked a large 'robust joint' to mark the celebration.

Weeeeee! Perhaps this weekend you were able to enjoy some of your favourite recreational pastimes...  I have several friends who ride horses  it was time to get this bud up on it's high horse - Wheeeeee! lol  Let the adventure comtinue... 

Would you ride a horse high? Do you ride your high horse? lol
I don't know...  I imagine it would be more enjoyable for a long leisurely trot, although, the last time I rode a horse It triggered an appendicitis so I'm not much for horse riding since then - but it does not mean I can't imagine the fun! 

What will you imagine today?  Cannabis helps me imagine the possibilities!
